Registration for Travel Weekly’s CruiseWorld is now open. The event returns to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and the Broward County Convention Center November 5-7, 2025.

CruiseWorld offers exceptional value for travel advisors at every stage in their careers, with supplier training sessions, ship inspections, dynamic networking opportunities, engaging general sessions and a robust Exhibitor Showcase.

CruiseWorld’s STAR Program (Select Travel Advisor Recognition) returns in 2025 for an elite group of advisors. It includes pre-event virtual sessions, exclusive onsite opportunities and VIP treatment, along with complimentary registration and two nights of hotel accommodations. The program sold out in 2024, so applying early is encouraged.

CruiseWorld Components to Know

Among educational opportunities at CruiseWorld are supplier-sponsored workshops on November 5 and 6; during these workshops, advisors will learn about the latest updates from cruise lines, destinations and other key industry players. Then, during the event’s signature Think Tank session, advisors will share successful strategies and seek guidance from peers on current challenges.

Back by popular demand, the Pitch Perfect series puts suppliers on stage as they pitch to advisors' hypothetical clients. Attendees can expect additional sessions focused on group travel, adventure and expedition cruising, luxury travel and river cruising.

On Friday, Nov. 7, CruiseWorld will feature peer-led breakout sessions focused on marketing, sales, social media, product development, supplier relationships and more. These sessions offer unique insight from fellow advisors. Sessions from CruiseWorld 2024 are available to watch online for any prospective attendee who would like to know more about what’s in store.

Another highlight of CruiseWorld is the one-day Exhibitor Showcase, during which advisors can meet with hundreds of suppliers, discovering new partners to meet their clients’ needs. Attendees can expect a strong presence from airlines, cruise lines, destinations, hotels, tour operators, host agencies, consortia, travel insurance providers and more.

Advisors attending CruiseWorld will also have the chance to get an in-person look at top cruise ships during ship tours on Nov. 7 and 8.

Advisor Registration and Supplier Participation

More event details and a registration portal are available online now. Those attendees who register early have access to lower rates.

Suppliers interested in participating in the Exhibitor Showcase can contact Emmy Smotrys at esmotrys@travelweekly.com. Custom sponsorships are available.
