This year, Global Travel Advisor Day will be celebrated on May 7 — but suppliers across the travel industry are showing their appreciation for travel agents across the entire month of May.

From booking incentives and bonus commission to free trips, the following special offers are available to travel advisors as part of this year’s Travel Advisor Appreciation Month.

Editor's Note: This story was last updated on May 13, 2025.

AAT Kings is also offering a limited-time savings offer for clients, providing up to 15% off select New Zealand guided trips made by June 30 for travel through Nov. 30. The brand is also offering 10% off select tours in Tasmania, South Australia, the Northern Territory and Western Australia for the same booking and travel periods.

ALG Vacations

For Travel Advisor Appreciation Month, ALG Vacations (ALGV) is offering a number of perks for its partners. Among them: 15% Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights (ENVF) commission. To help advisors close more business, it is also offering a best price guarantee, now extended to international and Hawaii trips through the end of the year; an exclusive promo code for savings of up to $250; ENVFs beginning at $229 roundtrip; group travel credit up to $1,500 for qualified bookings; $100 in premium air credit; and additional savings, including up to 70% off hotels.

Advisors can also win special prizes through global giveaways, including trips to Europe, the South Pacific, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and more. One grand prize getaway to Dubai will be offered, including air. ALGV will also host weekly social media games to help advisors boost their destination knowledge.

AmaWaterways

Throughout May, AmaWaterways is offering advisors enhanced booking rewards, reduced deposits on 2025 sailings and the chance to win a river cruise.

Advisors who have completed all five courses in the AmaAcademy program and attend the line's Webinar Wednesday sessions throughout the month will have the chance to enter weekly drawings for a free European river cruise for two. One grand prize winner, who has attended all four webinars and created a co-branded website, will win a seven-night river cruise on Colombia's Magdalena River for two.

In addition, every new booking on a 2025 departure made in May will reward advisors with a $100 digital gift card. Those who book one of the line's "Hot 100 Dates" can earn a $200 gift card. Reduced deposits are also available for all 2025 sailings outside of Africa.

Atlantis Paradise Island

Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas is celebrating travel advisors with incentives and rewards for bookings made throughout May at The Coral, The Royal, The Cove, Harborside and The Reef Towers. Advisor commissions for the month include 18% for rooms and 20% for suites; agents also earn a $25 gift card per booking at The Coral, a $50 gift card per booking at The Royal and a $75 gift card per booking at The Cove and The Reef (issued after completed stays).

The resort is also running a set of sweepstakes, in which the advisor with the highest booked revenue across all hotels will win a stay at the property. There is also a special prize for the agent with the highest revenue at The Cove, who can receive a stay at the all-suite hotel.

Azamara Cruises

During May, Azamara Cruises is highlighting its new Alaska Educational Program, part of the Azamara World Academy platform. By competing the course, advisors will unlock special benefits, including $100 bonus commission on bookings within 30 days of graduation; additional CLIA credits; the weekly chance to win a special gift if they share a photo of their (or their client's) Azamara voyage on the Azamara Alliance Travel Partner Group Facebook page; a certificate and "Alaska Specialist" logo; and a commemorative pin for the first 100 graduates.

All month, advisors can also earn double group amenity points on select sailings.

Advisors can deliver this value to clients traveling a minimum of two nights in the U.S., Canada, Mexico or Central America; a four-night minimum is required for Europe, South America and other international destinations.

For the month of May, Disney Destinations has set up a Travel Advisor Appreciation Station at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park in Orlando, Florida. Advisors with IATA or CLIA identification can enjoy a refreshment, chat with Disney’s Travel Agency Sales team and enjoy a special surprise or two. Agents can register using their Disney Travel Agents website login email address.

At Disney Springs, advisors can also enjoy limited-time deals on dining, shopping and entertainment at select locations, with valid IATA/CLIA identification.

Finally, in California, the Disneyland Resort will also host a Travel Advisor Appreciation Station June 6-8. An exclusive lounge will offer special treats, connections with the sales team and other surprises.

For every Explore booking made during the contest period (with a 10% deposit received by May 31), advisors will automatically receive an entry in the contest, for the chance to win a trip of their choice. Prize trip options range from a nine-day highlights of Morocco tour and an eight-day walking trip on Italy’s Amalfi Coast to an eight-day cycling trip in France. Inside Travel Group

Coinciding with Travel Advisor Appreciation Month, Inside Travel Group (parent company of InsideJapan Tours and InsideAsia Tours) has launched its new Advisor Insider Program, honoring the brand's 25th anniversary, marked this year. The new program also gives advisors the chance to win two distinct incentives: either a "self-fam" worth up to $25,000 to one of the brand's destinations, or one of 10 places on a small-group Japan tour.

The program requires that advisors subscribe to Inside Travel Group’s emails, pass a quiz after watching a training video, submit a questionnaire for each booking at the end of each month and attend one of the brand's webinars in 2025. To be considered for the "self-fam" prize, advisors must include in their booking questionnaires how their clients experienced Inside Travel Group’s unique cultural adventures, as the quality of the advisor's knowledge of the brand will help determine a winner. The small-group tour spots will be awarded to the first 10 advisors who make three separate client bookings on an InsideJapan Tours small-group tour in 2025.

Nocturne Luxury Villas

Nocturne Luxury Villas is offering its advisor partners 3% bonus commission on new bookings made between May 1-31 across its six partner brands, bringing earning potential up to 13-15% commission in total, depending on the brand.

“Travel advisors have played an important role in the success of our 80-year journey,” said Steve Perillo, the third-generation owner of Perillo Tours. "With our anniversary coinciding on May 1, this milestone is the perfect moment to honor the trusted partnerships we've forged with the advisor community and renew our commitment to building even stronger relationships moving forward."

Pleasant Holidays and luxury sister brand Journese are offering free trips and bonus loyalty points to advisors as a gesture of appreciation. The top sales producer by revenue (for both brands combined) will win the grand prize: six hotel nights in Hawaii (three nights each at The Kahala Hotel & Resort and The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort) and 5,000 Trip points. The second-highest producer will win 5,000 bonus Trip points.
